If you’d asked me at 16 if I ever saw myself becoming a Lagree instructor, I would have looked at you with crazy eyes. From adolescence up until my early 20s, I thought being “in shape” meant pounding the pavement, exhausting the body, and doing it all high-impact. After years of HIIT workouts, I slowly began to realize that harder isn’t always better, and that self-care/fitness go far deeper than the physical. Lower-impact movements began calling my name; it wasn’t long before I fell in love with yoga, bodyweight exercise, and (finally!) Lagree. Though I’m now in my 30s, I truly feel stronger than I ever have, and I warrant a great part of my transformation to the growth that happened on the Megas.

At TFF, I found my happy medium: a space where I could get a full-body, killer workout while also nurturing my joints, alignment, and physical + mental stability. And the cherry on top? An unbelievable community. I can’t wait to bring the joy (and sweat!) to YOU on Thursday nights!
