HOW DO I SIGN IN TO CLASSES?

WHEN SHOULD I GET TO CLASS?

NEW CLIENTS: To ensure the safety of our clients, if you are new to the Lagree Method, we suggest and expect that you arrive 10 minutes before class begins. We require that all new clients receive a proper introduction to the instructor and the equipment. For your safety, new clients will not be permitted to join class after 5 minutes into the workout. ​EXISTING CLIENTS: 5 minutes prior to the start of class. We do understand that LIFE happens. Existing clients can enter class up to 5 minutes after the start of the workout.

After 5 minutes, our doors will be locked to ensure the safety and a proper experience to the rest of our clients. Also note, in the case that you arrive late for class, your spot may be given to a walk-in or waitlisted client 5 minutes into class.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

If our classes are full, we have a waitlist of up to 15 spots..

​If you are added from the waitlist to the class, within our cancellation window, the 8-hour cancellation policy still applies.

​We offer a one hour grace period before class that will let you early cancel if you can’t make it to the class.

I AM INJURED AND ON MEMBERSHIP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For injury, pregnancy, or any other individual situation, please contact info@trueformfitness.org and we will be sure to find the best solution! Contract cancellations do result in a FEE, as well as freezing.

CAN I WORKOUT WHILE PREGNANT?

In short, YES! The Lagree Method is low impact, creating a safe way to workout for both you and your baby. We have a pre & post natal document at the studio we can supply you with to best prepare you for how to Lagree while pregnant.

HOWEVER, please consult your doctor before making any movement shifts while pregnant. Contact us if you have any other questions.

WHAT DO I WEAR TO CLASS?

WORKOUT ATTIRE - We suggest fitted clothing so that our instructors can effectively see and correct form & alignment during the course of class.

DO YOU OFFER A BEGINNERS CLASS?

YES! We offer a Full Body FUNDAMENTALS class weekly. However, ALL of our Full Body Workouts are open to EVERYONE! Beginner or Existing Client.

We have clients at every age and stage in life. From the pregnant mom, to the college athlete, to the person who can't remember the last time they worked out, this workout and method will challenge everyone safely.

I SIGNED UP FOR A CLASS AND CAN'T MAKE IT. WHAT DO I DO?

No problem, just be sure to cancel your class 8 hours in advance, or you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $10 at Franklin & $15 in Nashville.

​*MAKE SURE YOU LATE CANCEL (!!!) A No Show Fee = $20 in Franklin and $25 in Nashville.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

If you need to cancel or change a class reservation, this must be done up to 8 hours prior to class; the class will go back onto your account to use at a later date.

​If you do not cancel 8 hours before class, this is considered a "Late Cancel" and you will incur a $10 fee in Franklin and a $15 fee in Nashville (!!!)

​If you are signed up for class and "No-Show", you will incur a $20 fee in Franklin and a $25 fee in Nashville (!!!)

​If you late cancel or no-show and have a class package, in addition, you will lose the class.

DO YOU PROVIDE WATER?

We have a variety of refreshing beverages at the front of our studio, including water bottles, energy drinks & MORE!

I WANT TO GET LAGREE CERTIFIED! WHAT DO I DO?

​We offer IN HOUSE LAGREE CERTIFICATIONS seasonally.

I AM RUNNING LATE FOR A CLASS. WILL MY MEGA BE TAKEN UP?

We appreciate the heads up if you are going to be late for class.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you run the risk of someone off our waitlist taking your mega!

CAN I FREEZE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Contracts are NOT to be terminated or put on hold. In the case of extreme circumstances contact info@trueformfitness.org

Under extreme circumstances, contracts can be put on hold for $50/ per month OR terminated for a fee of $100, with a 14 day notice.

Contract cancellations *with the charged fee of $100, are only cancelled with a 14 day notice. If you have not informed info@trueformfitness.org within 14 days, you are at risk of another monthly contracted charge.

DO I NEED TO WEAR GRIP SOCKS?

YES… GRIP SOCKS! We require the wear of grip socks to keep our studio as clean and safe as possible.

WHAT MEMBERSHIPS ARE OFFERED?

We offer various memberships and drop in options at both of our studios. Check out our BUY PAGES to see what we offer for your location!

​All memberships are paid on the day of the month in which you first purchased your contract.

I WANT A PRIVATE LESSON/PRIVATE CLASS. HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Contact info@trueformfitness.org and we will schedule you a private session.

​Privates range in session based on your instructor of choice.

ANY OTHER STUDIO RULES TO NOTE?

Prior to taking class, you must sign an online waiver via Marian Tek.

​We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in-studio.
