MEKENNA RAYMER

Mekenna Raymer here... Ever since I started Lagree in the fall, I knew it was the right workout for me. I love the low-impact, high-intensity aspect that the workout offers in a 50-minute time period. Growing up as a competitive dancer, it was hard for me to find a workout that left me feeling long, lengthened, and toned after class.

Lagree targets those hard to reach slow twitch muscle fibers, which breaks down the muscle and leaves you feeling long and lengthened post workout. TrueForm has given me a community of caring, uplifting, and encouraging friends, and I hope it can be a place like that for you too.
