DANIELLE PADULA

Danielle has always been a fitness enthusiast - combining fitness and wellness into a lifestyle adventure! From as far back as coaching Step Aerobics to Spartan racing, Danielle has tried most if not all of it at one time or another! Combine that with her love of distance running and racing...and a full time legal career...and 3 children...it leads to tight hamstrings and a time deficit.

As a native of Los Angeles, new workout trends are a thing but when she heard a rumor of a new workout that was like Pilates but harder and sweatier with way better results and was super efficient with time...she had to try it! Danielle is an original LaGree fan from one of Sebastian LaGree’s first studios. The workout delivered muscle tone, strength and flexibility without added impact. Let’s just say it was love at first shake!

She’s been involved with LaGree since 2007 and has been coaching for over 9 years! Danielle can usually be found beside you in the studio working out and experimenting with new ways to help you find those muscles you never knew you had! Danielle is super excited to be here at True Form Fitness Franklin and can’t wait to make you shake and sweat!
