a day in the life of a true form intern x
ever wondered what it’s like behind the scenes at true form? like… what actually goes down in a day when you’re not just taking class but fully living the lagree studio life?
hi, my name is leah, and i’m here to give you a peek inside one of my favorite kinds of days — the kind that starts with caffeine and ends with a spray tan (as all perfect days should)
morning reset + caffeine first (always)
my day usually starts with a walk and a coffee — my non-negotiables. i’m a big fan of getting outside first thing, clearing my head, and romanticizing my morning with a little almond milk latte moment. it’s peaceful, grounding, and sets me up before the busier part of the day kicks in.
pre-lagree sweat at pure sweat sauna
next stop: pure sweat. i pop in for a little sauna session before heading to true form. it’s my fave way to feel refreshed (and ok yes, to pretend i’m a wellness influencer for 30 mins). it’s quiet, hot, and helps me get into the zone.
class time at true form
then it’s time to hit the studio. i’ll usually take a lagree class mid-morning — and even though i work here, the burn never gets easier (in the best way possible). the playlists are always 🔥, the energy is unmatched, and it’s that kind of good BURN that makes you feel strong from the inside out.
the vibe inside the studio? welcoming. vibey. people chatting before class, hair in claw clips, matching sets everywhere. it’s a whole world — and being part of it from both the front desk and the megaformer? v cool.

after class, i usually head to e + rose (hi yes, true form’s unofficial second office). i grab a smoothie or lunch and set up for some admin work — answering emails, helping out with backend studio stuff, planning social content. and of course, filming a tiktok or two because content is part of the job 😌
seo deep dive from home
back at home, i’ll carve out some time to work on true form’s website + seo updates. making sure people can find us, read about us, and fall in love with what we offer — before they even walk through the door. it’s the digital side of the experience, and honestly, it’s kinda fun seeing how it all connects.
babysitting break (yes, really)
some days i head out in the afternoon to babysit — usually a mix of tennis drop-offs, snack duty, and managing mini chaos with a playlist in the background. it’s fast-paced but actually really grounding after all the screen time and studio energy.
dinner + girl time
i wrap the evening with dinner with my big and little (sorority fam ftw). we catch up, talk life, eat good food, and scroll through our camera rolls for new tiktok inspo. i’m telling you — best way to close out a long day.
and finally… the glow-up
ending the night with a spray tan? iconic. because we’re balancing strong cores with soft life energy x
