“There are so many words to describe TrueForm, but one that means the most to me is encrouaging. A friend brought me to my first class taught by Audrey and she kicked my BUTT! It was so hard, BUT she was so encouraging and supportive. At first I was so intimiated by the challenge of Lagree, but I left leaving shaking and proud of myself. I signed up for a month package when I left, and now it’s been two years of consistent Lagree workouts.
We live in such a fast paced world. I love the reminder I have through staying consistent at TrueForm: I can be intentional in working out and effective in those 50 minutes I’m there. It’s 50 minutes of total body, high intensity, low impact movement. Each class is different and my goals each class change and empower me to I’ve learned more about my body and every time I take a class, it can really change the way my day goes.
If you’re figuring out if Lagree is for you, I want you to know that the TrueForm trainers will meet you exactly where you are. The only person you’re competing with during a class is yourself, and the trainers push you to your limit and will always provide modifications for every body at whatever stage you’re at in your Lagree journey. There is so much support and the community at TrueForm is a huge part of what keeps me coming back every day!” - Gretchen
