Hi, everyone! My name is Alayna. I’m a Nashville native, grew up in competitive cheer, and I went to Brentwood Academy for high school. After high school, I attended Indiana University for cheerleading.

At IU, I got the opportunity to be a published researcher for my work over “The Effect of Estimation and Frequency on Knowledge of Result in Gait Error,” and I graduated with a BS in Community Health. After that, I furthered my education at UTK with an Accelerated BSN.

I am currently a RN in the ICU at St. Thomas West. I just got married, and we have the cutest little mini aussiedoodle, Bentley! I have always loved beauty, fashion, the medical field, and fitness!
